This is not your typical Sauvignon Blanc. We have found there are two popular styles out there in the world. On one side there are the green and grassy style and on the other end is the super tropical style. There is nothing wrong with either of those versions, there are just plenty of those out there to drink as it is.

We ferment and age our Sauv blanc in old neutral oak barrels and in turn you get a bit of a softer and more versatile style. It is bright and fresh and vibrant, but it is so much more than just a poolside sipper or white wine you can pair with salads. You can’t go wrong with those occasions, but it has enough depth and complexity to cary you all the way through dinner. Well, you might need another bottle to make it through dinner, but you get the idea.
